The accommodation has two levels and on the ground floor includes:
Spacious entrance hall with heater, social bathroom, living room (with smart TV, a salamander and air conditioning), dining room (with 10-seater table and air conditioning) and fully equipped kitchen (LG combination fridge, AEG oven and microwave, 4-seater island, Nespresso coffee machine and Aeroccino, 5-burner gas hob, kettle and toaster), storage room with washing machine and dryer and 3 bedrooms with bathroom. All bathrooms in the property have underfloor heating.
 
The kitchen, dining room and living room have access, via sliding doors, to the terrace. The bedroom has a private lounge with air conditioning, sofa and wardrobe and access to a private terrace.
