Quinta das Salinas

Quinta Das Salinas is located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in a great position at a walking distance (10 minutes) to the Quinta do Lago Lake and to the Ancão beach (2 Passos restaurant).

Some of the features are south facing private pool with pool heating (optional at extra cost), air conditioning units in each bedroom and living room, internet wi-fi and cable Lazer TV, outside barbecue and manual shutters & mosquito nets.

The accommodation includes open plan living area with smart TV, two steps up a dining area, the room is very bright and leads to the pool terrace and garden. Next to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor side of the villa and barbecue.

Downstairs is also near the entrance hall a cloakroom, a garage with washing machine and laundry area and Bedroom 1 with twin beds and en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower) leading to the side of the property through a sliding door.

Upstairs through a large staircase, are 3 bedrooms and a terrace with stunning views of the Ria Formosa and distant sea views.
- Bedroom 2 (Main) with double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom (shower), a terrace with table and 4 chairs overlooking south to the Ria Formosa panorama,

The pool can be heated at extra cost and is approx. 4m x 8m.
There are two sun umbrellas and 8 sunbeds, a table that seats 8.
