Vale do Garrão is at equal distance from Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and at 800 meters from Ancão and Garrão beaches, ideal location for unforgettable family holidays close to the best beaches, golf courses and restaurants.
The property's contemporary architecture was designed to flood the entire house with light, facing the sun, overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
Main entrance through an imposing swinging door overlooking the garden and access to the bedrooms wing and living area through a wide corridor with wells of natural light.
Guest WC with natural light and polished Portuguese “calçada” pavement.
All 5 bedrooms in the bedroom wing of the Main House are en-suite, with shower and toilet areas separated by glass walls. The main house has an additional small guest staff / kids room with en-suite shower and toilet near service area.
The master suite 1 has a king size bed (180cm x 200m), Smart TV with Netflix, SONOS speaker and safe, large bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower with access to terrace, standing bath, toilet and bidet separate, separate dressing area and desk space.
The other bedrooms in this wing:
- The Blue Bedroom or Bedroom 2 (next to the main bedroom): has two single beds that can be turned into a double bed, SONOS speaker,
- The Bunkbed Bedroom or Bedroom 3: has two bunk beds = 4 single beds, desk space and SONOS speaker,
- The Pink Bedroom or Bedroom 4: has two single beds, one with a single bed drawer (sleeps 3), desk space and SONOS speaker,
- The Second Main Bedroom or Bedroom 5: has a King size double bed (200cm x 200cm), Smart TV with Netflix, safe, desk space, SONOS speaker and bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower.
All bedrooms have views and access to the garden & swimming pool, wardrobes, wooden shutters on the outside and inside linen curtains with electric blackout curtains, individual air conditioning and underfloor heating.

The living area has an open wood-burning fireplace at the full height of the wall, many sofas, Smart TV, SONOS, snooker table and sofa facing the outside where there is a large leisure area with outdoor sofas, chairs and beanbags, coffee tables and a football table.
The dining area has a circular table for 12 people and a dining counter in the kitchen with 5 stools.
The kitchen area has a polished Portuguese “calçada” pavement floor, equipped with a side-by-side fridge, gas hob, oven Gaggenau, microwave and dishwasher.
Behind the kitchen and with access to the outside, there is the technical and laundry area, comprising a vertical freezer and a Siemens washing machine.
Outside, there is another fully equipped kitchen with a 5-ring hob, electric oven, dishwasher, drinks fridge, ALFA brand pizza oven, Nespresso coffee machine, Becken ham slicer machine. There is also a fully equipped indoor and outdoor gym pavilions and a cinema/office pavilion.
The outdoor dining table seats 18 people and there is a counter with 6 stools.
On this side of the house, there is an independent Guesthouse comprising two en-suite bedrooms:
- Master Suite 3 or bedroom 6: has as a double bed, Smart TV with Netflix, SONOS speaker, wardrobes, safe and minibar,
- The Yellow Bedroom or Bedroom 7: has two single beds that can be made as double, one with an additional single bed drawer, wardrobes and a desk space.
The rooms have an individual entrance and an interior door that can be used to separate the rooms or as a connecting door for the comfort of young families.
Both are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating and have electric blackout blinds and wooden exterior shutters.
The property's accommodation sleeping capacity is a maximum of 18 people.
Near the pool, there is a pool bathroom with shower and with natural light.
The overflow pool is lined with emerald colored tiles, treated with salt, has a dimension of 20m x 5m and a depth of 1.60m with a small area of 30cm depth.
The terrace around the pool is equipped with sun loungers and lounge chairs and two BOSE outdoor speakers.
Along the garden we find several spaces for leisure and experiences, such as multi-purpose equipment for physical exercise that also functions as kid’s playground, a wooden deck with awning and electrical connection perfect for Yoga, Pilates and meditation sessions, a circular area with a wood-burning brazier with benches around and a quiet reading area with two tree-sheltered hammocks. The landscaped garden includes a dining area with charcoal barbecue and wooden table with seating for 18 people located close to an orchard with fruit trees and an organic vegetable garden / scented garden.
This house has available the service, only by appointment and prior arrangement, of preparing breakfast and lunch or dinner (food purchase & cost to be added).
