Living Areas

Open plan, spacious living/dining room furnished with comfy sofas and dining table and complete with split unit a/c and a flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace and to the shaded exterior dining terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including 5 x electric hobs; oven; extractor; dishwasher; kettle; microwave; coffee maker; toaster and American style fridge freezer with ice maker. Patio doors lead to the side terrace with integrated charcoal BBQ and food prep area. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds (which can be prepared as a double upon request); split a/c; double wardrobes with safe; an en suite shower room;dressing area and doors to the terrace with table football table.

Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c; dressing area and en suite shower room. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor of the villa.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor. Bedroom three has a double bed (2.00 x 1.60 metres); split unit a/c; an en suite bathroom with double vanities, bath and separate shower and patio doors to the large first floor terrace. 

Bedroom four is the master suite, complete with split unit a/c, double bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, dressing area, en suite bathroom with double vanities, bath and separate shower unit and patio doors to the first floor terrace.

Outside Space

The extensive and private grounds of Quinta do Sol enable you to relax in tranquility on your luxury villa holiday with family and friends.The swimming pool measure approximately 10 x 5 metres with steps entry and can be heated for a supplementary charge. There is plenty of space for parking on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates and telephone entry system.

Please note that due to the extensive size of the plot and the lake that young children staying at this villa will need to be supervise at all times.

Villa Quinta do Sol is situated on a large and very private plot within close walking distance of the respected local restaurants Casa Da Quinta and restaurant O Tanque and this villa enjoys a fabulous central location within short driving distance to the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches are in this stunning area of the Algarve coastline and the fashionable Quinta shopping complex at the entrance to Quinta do Lago is within a five minute drive.

Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week. Bathroom towels are changed midweek and linen is changed weekly. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
